• 1 cup of spinach leaves (Fresh)
• 2 stalks of celery
• 1 head of fresh broccoli
• 1 small pot of distilled water

Method: First you cut the vegetables into very fine and small pieces. Right after that, you put them into the pot of distilled water, cover it with a lid and bring the vegetables to a full boil. Once it has reached full boil, reduce the heat and bring it to a simmer. This will ensure that all the good and healthy nutrients will seep out from the vegetables and get mixed together with the water. Take the pot and drain it after about 30 minutes. Drain the broth into a nice bowl. After that, you can then discard the vegetables because basically all their nutrients are already transferred to the broth.
