How to Make Lemon Detox Diet


Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 8 oz of ice cold Water.
  • 1/2 of a medium to large sized Lemon freshly squeezed.
  • 2 tablespoons of 100% Pure Maple Syrup.
  • A pinch of ground Cayenne Pepper or ground Ginger.
  • Drinking Glass.
  • Spoon.

    How to make the Lemon Detox Diet Drink.

  1. Step 1
    Start off with a Glass of cold Water.
    Start off with a Glass of cold Water.
    Take your Drinking Glass and fill half way to the top with 4 oz of very cold Water.
  2. Step 2
    Add a half of freshly squeezed Lemon.
    Add a half of freshly squeezed Lemon.
    Take your fresh Lemon Half and squeeze the Juice into the Drinking Glass, making sure to leave out the Pulp and the Seeds.
  3. Step 3
    Add your  Maple Syrup.
    Add your MapleSyrup.
    Add 2 tablespoons of Pure Maple Syrup.
  4. Step 4
    A dash of Cayenne Pepper.
    A dash of Cayenne Pepper.
    Add just a pinch of your choice of Cayenne Pepper or Ground Ginger to your Drinking Glass.
  5. Step 5
    Take your Spoon and stir well.

    Add another 4 oz of cold Water to your Drinking Glass. Stir again.

    Keep track of how much you drink.
